  • Do not redistribute content from Summit.

• This Agreement begins on the date you first use the app.

• We are not responsible for any content that appears in your app experience. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your use. No links or content should appear that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, criminal, or infringing on third-party rights.
